Use of the game

Lumo Leap grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the game for private entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store where it is downloaded.

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. A parent or guardian should review these terms where local law requires their consent.

Accounts and fair play

Guest play may be available without a permanently linked account. Connected features can create an anonymous identity or allow an account to be linked later. Keep account access secure and do not attempt to access another player's data.

Cheating, automated play, tampering with the game, exploiting errors, disrupting services or submitting manipulated leaderboard results is not permitted. Access to connected features may be limited when needed to protect players or the service.

Purchases and advertising

If purchases are offered, payment, refunds and store history are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless the game explicitly allows it.

The released game may include optional or limited advertising. Availability and consent choices can depend on region, age and platform requirements.

Availability and changes

Levels, rewards, connected features and balancing may be changed to improve the game, address technical problems or protect fair play. Online features can be unavailable during maintenance or because of circumstances outside Exlo Studio's control.

Intellectual property

Lumo Leap, Lumo, Crystal Ruins, the artwork, audio, software, text and related branding belong to Exlo Studio or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit that material beyond rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Responsibility

The game is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, Exlo Studio is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by unsupported devices, third-party services or unauthorised modification of the game.

Privacy, termination and contact

The privacy policy explains how information is handled. An account can be deleted through the game or the account deletion page. Access may be ended if these terms are materially breached.
